Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Member Bingo (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of consent).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Subscriptions, Billing & Taxes

• Paid plans auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.
• Taxes may be charged based on your billing address and applicable laws.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful content or behavior.
• No attempts to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities or to bypass security or access limits.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or scraping not permitted by these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, branding, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payments, analytics). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your use poses a risk to the Service or others. You may cancel at any time; upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Member Bingo and its affiliates from and against any claims arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflicts of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
